I found an interesting source of earthquake data from the University of Athens. It's real time and updated constantly. There have been some small earthqakes in the area recently, but nothing to worry about (I hope). You can check it here: http://www.geophysics.geol.uoa.gr/ and then click on earthquakes in the menu and go to Real-time Seismicity - Automatic Locations
And here is some more information about earthquakes in Greece with focus on Crete.
