Sailing to Parga

The next day, we left Ligia early because there was south wind blowing and we wanted to sail north. However, a few minutes after we had left the harbour, it died and so there we were once again, bobbing on a big sea.
Riemer took that opportunity to swim again while I took photos of distant Paxoi and AntiPaxoi. You'll need binoculars to see them on the photo below...

We have wind!
The wind finally picked up at two in the afternoon. But hey, we were on the sea and just pretended we were anchored while waiting. There was no way we would make Paxoi today either, so headed for Parga on the mainland and by about six in the evening dropped anchor near the beach.

There is a castle on this islet. Parga is on the hill to the left of it and our anchorage beneath the village.

The anchorage was full of tripper boats during the day, but calm at night. Except one discotheque that played "Hey there, Delilah" at one in the morning. Oh, well, I didn't want to sleep anyway...

View from the anchorage towards Parga and the castle.
