Rion bridge and Nafpaktos

Rion bridge.

It took us nine hours to make the passsge from Messolonghi to Nafpaktos. Seven of those hours we motored into strong head winds and waves. During this time, the engine overheated. I checked the dipstick and found that there was no oil on it, so we had to add three liters of oil to the engine. When we finally arrived and dropped anchor in front of Nafpaktos, the gauge on the diesel tank showed E - empty!

Time for a rest.
