My tzatiki recipe

To make tzatziki, you will need half a cucumber, some kefir or yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, and dill or chives. Here is the process:

Peel and shred half a cucumber into a bowl lined with a piece of muslin. 
Squeeze out all the juice then drink it.

This is what you are left with.

Drain some kefir or use yogurt.





Add to the cucumber.


Squeeze half a lemon and add to the bowl.

Chop and mash two garlic cloves. Add to bowl.


Add some finely chopped dill.


Add some finely snipped chives.


Stir it all together. 


Place in a jar for an hour or two to absorb all the flavours. You're done!
