I found a dead turtle on the beach in Aktio today. It was about half a meter in length. After asking around, I emailed the organization that aims at protection turtles in Greece, the Acheron. I received an email back thanking me for the information and the photo and was told that the Coast Guard and the municipality were notified and will arrange for its pick up and burial.
